About
Hand-polished. Locally owned.
A one-truck operation covering Chicago. Restoration done right, on your driveway, without an upsell.
Why we started
What we do
The process
Nobody should replace a $600 headlight assembly for a $80 fix.
Cloudy headlights are almost always polycarbonate lens oxidation - a surface problem. Dealerships will quote you a whole assembly. We restore the lens itself: three-stage wet-sand, machine-polish to clarity, then a UV-resistant topcoat so it stays clear.
About an hour a car. Your driveway or ours. Cash, Venmo, or Zelle. Same-day quotes when you text a photo.
What we do
One service, done well.
Headlight lens restoration. Not detailing, not paint correction, not window tinting. This is what we do every day - so we do it fast, clean, and with results that hold up.
- Daily drivers
- Used-car lots getting inventory show-ready
- Older or hand-me-down vehicles
- Cars being prepped for private sale
- Rideshare + delivery fleets
The process
What actually happens when we show up.
- Mask. We tape off paint around each headlight to protect it.
- Sand. Three grits of wet sandpaper, coarsest first, working the oxidation out layer by layer.
- Polish. Compound + orbital polisher restores optical clarity.
- Seal. UV-resistant topcoat. This is the part that keeps lenses clear for years, not months.
- Reveal. Peel the tape, wipe down, walk you around it. Payment happens after.
